From the Ground Up: Insights and institutions behind the impact
This report brings together what we’ve seen and learned in 2024. We’ve spent a lot of time in the field—listening to customers and staff from our portfolio companies, understanding their realities, and seeing where financial services are making a difference and where challenges remain. Alongside case studies and our five impact themes, we also explore how our Norad-backed Technical Assistance facility supports the growth and resilience of our portfolio companies, enabling them to adapt to evolving customer needs.
