NMI successfully exits Fusion

NMI Frontier Fund sells shares in Fusion Microfinance to private equity firm Warburg Pincus. Since NMI invested in early 2013, Fusion has grown its loan portfolio from USD 10 million and 60k clients to USD 300 million and 1.3 million clients, winning numerous MFI awards for along the way. NMI is pleased to be exiting now, leaving a shareholder group that shares Fusions vision to provide underprivileged women with economic opportunities.
